After completing your purchase, you will be provided with the necessary information regarding shipping details, cost, and delivery timeframe.

Please note that delivery of large products is not available to the following areas: Hafar Al-Batin, Al Khafji, An Nu'ayriyah, Al Qurayyat, and Turaif, in addition to remote areas located more than 50 km from city centers.

After Order Confirmation

Shipping Terms

• The registered address must be correct, along with a valid phone number and email address.

• In the event of a lost or damaged product, the customer will be compensated for the value of the product after the case has been reviewed and verified by the relevant department, based on the photos, supporting evidence, or documents that may be requested from the customer.

• If the customer does not receive the order, whether delivery is handled by a shipping company or a delivery representative, the order will be considered cancelled and the customer will bear the applicable delivery or shipping charges.

• If the customer's order is incomplete, whether the order was paid by credit card or bank transfer, the value of the missing item will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
