How to use:

• Turn the rotary switch counterclockwise to open the top cover
• Install the mixing bowl and turn it counterclockwise
• Insert the performance to be used (kneading, mixing, whipping) into the tool's connecting rod
• Press the outer cover down by turning the rotary knob button clockwise
• The dough hook is ready, add the dry ingredients first and mix by setting the speed on the gear knob from 1-6 and gradually add the liquids
